Solved!! Here is what I did:
Disabled Privacy Address.
Forgotten the network.
Rejoined that network while submitting a password.
That's it. Work perfectly.

I would suggest forgetting that network immediately for blocking encrypted DNS traffic.
If that network does not respect your right to privacy, then they are not trustworthy.

I did exactly all of this, but as I wrote and you can see, "Private Address" is enabled but still have the warning.
