What can I do if I can’t find Advance and Bookmark on my account setting

Use a web browser and sign in with Apple ID and password with accounts credentials at www.icloud.com( the Apple ID should be of your iPhone ) to access advanced section , bookmarks click on account settings it will be shown on bottom left .

Note : this setings is to be found from a web browser and not using an iPhone .

Hi there, when you say, “use a Web Browser and not an iPhone”, do you actually mean use a desktop or laptop browser and not an iPhone browser?

Iphone data base is very less as compared to Mac laptop , you can't open advanced section only using an iPhone .

You didn’t answer my question, are you saying use a laptop or desktop computer to access advanced settings.

All II want is a simple answer, yes or no.
