Hi. I am not able to cancel a subscription. I upgraded my phone and do not need to purchase space as I have enough space and it won’t allow me to cancel my card subscription. This is so unfair of you guys. It’s like once you are in no option out.

I can't reproduce your problem because I have no problem with payment.
If only it was this easy. Am not able to remove my card details so being forced to pay for a service I don’t need. I keep getting this so how many times should I pay before it accepts. Really annoying n unacceptable
very helpful of you I see. That’s where the issue is for as long as you get payment you are ok. All I have asked is at what point do I cancel because all the time I try to cancel it says there is an active pending payment. Is it a certain day of the month or what surely that’s all am asking. Is it too much
Surely Raicya. Do you think I would be typing if it was working. I keep getting an active payment due so does that mean I will never get a chance to stop pay/ unsubscribe?
