Wrist detection and sounds on my phone

I would like to have wrist detection turned on and also receive the sound notification on my phone? Is this possible yet?

The camera works with an app on my phone and gives a visual and sound notification when he is moving/ out of bed. At night I want to have my phone on silent for calls/ messsages e.g. but I’d still like to get a sounds notification just from the camera app (Luvionconnect). Is there any way to get this working? Why won't my iphone give audible notification of text when I'm wearing my apple watch? Why won't my iphone 12 give audible notification of text when I'm wearing my apple watch? I have missed texts when I am engrossed and don't notice the vibration/sound on my wrist. I want my iPhone to give me an audible notification when a text comes in, even when I am wearing my Apple Watch! How do I do that? Thank you.
