I Used To Click "New Folder" In My Finder Window. Now, Under Monterey, How Do I Do It?

I just upgraded to Monterey.

In Finder I used to create a new folder by clicking an icon at the top of my finder window. That option is not there. I can go Finder / File / New Folder but wonder if I can get the icon back.

Thanks
