These links for High Sierra - Big Sur don't open in the app store for me, they just lead to a blank page in safari...

You are right and not been working since Friday Dec 10. 2021.

What Mac, model & year do you have?
Tried this. Led to an Appstore page for Big Sur. Great. Hit the GET button. Brings up Software Update panel on System Preferences. Waits a bit and then says "The requested version of MacOS is not available."
Looks to me like they've removed Big Sur entirely. Or I'm missing something. Any further advice?

Just tried this again mid-day on the 14th. Still get Version Unavailable message.
Oddly, on my laptop, Software Update is still showing Big Sur as my update target (not Monterey) and was able to download it there directly. The laptop is from 2013, so I presume it is too old for Monterey. Regardless, I was able to install Big Sur on that unit last night. And I saved the "Install macOS Big Sur" application which I hope will run on my iMac. Fingers crossed.
