I'm trying to download High Sierra 10.13 using the link specified on this page https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683 however the installer download link (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-high-sierra/id1246284741?mt=12) just produces a white page for me (tried with Safari and Chrome)
Any ideas on how I can download the installer?

Thanks - that was helpful as it now opens the apple store app however when I clicked on the open button though I got this message:-
This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra.app application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.
I managed to fix that by following Method 2 on this page https://osxdaily.com/2019/10/24/fix-install-macos-application-damaged-cant-be-used-error-mac/
