Set a new ipad from ild phone
If if i set up a new iPad and shared all the data from my all old phone the questions is what will happen to the old phone the date will go off the phone ?

Nothing will happen to the old iPhone. It will retain all its data, and continue to work as it has.
The data transfer merely copies the data, it does not affect the iPhone in any way.
