Siri Voice on Carplay Poor Quality

In the last week, all of a sudden, my siri voice now sounds like he has Covid19 or he's under water in my car speaker. I noticed it was on and off a few times but now its all the time. I tried rebooting. I ensured I had the latest update. I tried a new cable and zero results. Anyone have a resolution for this? All voices coming from my car outside of siri and music sound normal and unaffected. Only siri sounds weird.

I had no idea what to select for topic below. There wasn't one for carplay that I could find.

Update. So after I posted this, that night 15.2 came out on my phone and I updated it. This instantly corrected the horrible quality siri voice. Thanks.

- Note: While you mentioned you updated your iPhone to the latest update, double check as a new update came out the same day you posted this About the security content of iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2.

Test different Siri voices to see if it's isolated to just one Change Siri voice or language. If another voice works, toggle back to your desired voice to see if that helped.

Make sure Low Power Mode, Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone and Airplane Mode Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch are turned off to make sure all features of your phone are functioning and connected.

UPDATE: the issue returned intermittently while I was on a long road trip. Very annoying.
