Refund money not received

I requested a refund on a purchase I made and I checked the status of claims and it said it was refunded to my original payment method which was the apple balance and the money wasn’t there

Approved refunds take up to 2 days for store credit. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask the iTunes Store staff.
