Good morning
How can i turn off good morning from the apple watch screen?
it’s showing Good morning, battery percentage, and time.

If we understand correctly, you would like to have the “Good Morning” no longer appear first.
This is a feature that is part of Bedtime, and when Bedtime is enabled with Do Not Disturb During Bedtime, you will see this greeting appear. To stop seeing this greeting you need to turn Do Not Disturb off under Clock > Bedtime > Options > Do Not Disturb During Bedtime.
