Anonymizer service makes transactions look like fraud

Hi All, For our e-commerce company, Apple's anonymizer service makes orders look like fraud. That is, transactions look as if someone stole a credit card and created a fake email address to hide their identity. This results in a call to a call to a customer to verify a purchase which takes time and delays purchases.

Will Apple provide a reverse lookup for these emails to allow us to know who we are working with?
