getting started with Mac book pro

ok so im a android user and have daily used windows most of my life I but a 15 inch refurbished Mac book pro 2017 and was wonder if there was a work shop or something at a apple store or bestbuy or Evan online line that could some me some of the basics and maybe some tips and tricks I think I know a decent about from just exploring and some YouTube but would like to be more familiar and I don't mind paying or free long as the price isn't crazy
