IPhone 13 Pro Screen Brightness

I’m not sure if others are experiencing this, but having owned the 13 Pro for 2 months now, I have to constantly change the brightness setting on a daily basis…sometimes 3 times a day.

I have it set in the middle of the range and it ALWAYS changes it to 1/4 (Low) by itself. It’s very frustrating.

settings:

Appearance: Light

Automatic: OFF

Brightness: MID (Changes by itself arbitrarily)

True Tone: OFF

Night Shift: OFF

Auto Lock: 1 Minute

Rise to Wake: ON

Any help would be appreciated in getting it to stay where I place the brightness & not change until I change it.

Hey Wmat7039,

It appears that the display of your iPhone is changing the brightness on it's own. You have to physically adjust the settings which can happen multiple times a day. It appears that your settings are correct, so we'd like for you to contact Apple Support for this: Get Support -- Type "display" in the Search topics field and select "Display not working as expected" from the Results to reach them.
