Issue adding devices manually to ADE via Apple Configurator 2

We generally purchase devices via the ADE program and we do not have to add devices manually via Apple Configurator 2.

Recently, when trying to manually add devices to our MDM solution via Apple Configurator 2 I started getting the following error: "Provisional Enrollment Failed. Network Communication Error. MCCloudConfigErrorDomain – 0x80EF (33007)"

I tried setting up Apple Configurator from scratch on 3 different machines. Tried updating the MacOS to the latest version (released yesterday) and I had the same issue on all machines. Tried doing it at the office wired/wirelessly and also at home, with no luck.
