I want to trade in my iPhone 7 as I'm buying a new iPhone online at the Apple store. When I look up the serial number it is only giving me 10 digits followed by ... this means that when I type in the serial number it says it's invalid. How can I find out what the last 2 digits are please

Try rotating the phone. It may show all digits on a different display orientation
I logged into my apple account and was able to find it on my devices, so problem solved. Thanks for suggestion, I had tried that and it didn't work
