I do have an issue with my faceid it shows me that your true depth camera is not working

If Face ID is disabled on your iPhone and you followed the steps in the article linked to your post, and "you still can't enroll your face or unlock your device with Face ID, take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support about your iPhone"
