I can’t use FaceTime

I can’t use FaceTime from the very first day of getting my iPhone 11. In FaceTime I got an pop up saying “ your iPhone must be signed in with same Apple ID for FaceTime and iCloud” but actually I signed in using same Apple ID, only I didn’t add any email address because my email ID is invalid. I also receive the same pop up in iPad Pro and iPad mini.

Check the devices are signed into the right ID in Settings, your name.

If that is correct then go to Settings, Face Time.

Turn Face Time off.

Restart the device.

Turn Face Time back on.
