change Siri to say first name first

Thanks for posting your question to the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you need assistance with Siri. We'd like to know more so we can help. Are you referring to how Siri announces your contact names? If so, check Settings > Contact > Display Order. Do you have Last, First selected? If so, change the setting to First, Last then test Siri out. There's some additional information here: Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
