Transfer data iPhone11 -->iPhone13 doesn't work? Help?

This morning I started transferring data from my iPhone 11 to iPhone 13. The screen has been showing all afternoon:

remaining time: about 2 minutes.

Is it stuck now? Or do I really have to wait that long? I already started transferring data (wireless) at 11 am this morning.

Or can I stop it and try again later? Because I think everything has been transferred
