Hello,
My child unknowingly purchased "lifetime membership" to an app = $270! Apple denied the refund request and also denied the appeal.
Are there any other options to pursue a refund?

Hello ~ You could contact Apple Support again and ask for a supervisor or have it escalated but once the refund is denied and appeal is denied as well it probably won’t do much good but try here:
I understand as one of my daughters went through the same thing and now 5 year old grandchild cannot even touch her iPhone. Good luck.
