I am unable to download iTunes via my Lenovo and have tried several different ways with no success and was wondering if you had any suggestions. I have enough storage and my search engine is fully updated and I am out of ideas because Microsoft apparently hates my computer.

When you follow the link provided by Limnos, the first thing you see is the Get it from Microsoft link, which you tell us doesn't like your computer. Instead, scroll down that page to Windows System Requirements (just below the picture of the laptop) and next to Looking for other versions?, click on the Windows version link.
That is the version directly from Apple.
