Can’t I update with my own internet data instead of connecting to a WiFi

I have enough data on my iPhone and I need to install the latest iOS 15.2 on my device but it is requesting for a WiFi connection, is it not possible to update using my own data ?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Not with an iPhone 7. Only the iPhone 12 and 13 support cellular updating, and only on a 5G network.
