Not able to add data plan to my Apple Watch cellular version

Actually, recently I bought an Apple watch Cellular Variant. Since I cannot pair my watch with the Prepaid Plan , I converted my number into a Postpaid plan.

It’s been almost a week but I’m not able to use the cellular services on my Apple watch. I have almost done the reset number of times. But each time there is no result.

I tried calling customer care people but each time they say different things:

  1. They asked me to Reset it
  2. They asked me to convert my physical sim to esim
  3. They asked me to upgrade my monthly plan


Every time I try adding the data , it’s shows Activating and then shows Mobile data not in use.

Is there any solution for this?
