How can I find the programmes on my tv,by operating the small silver remote,?? thanks

the apple model 4k A2169 was installed on my tv,but I do not know how to obtain certain programmes required,such as the programmes of "npo",by way of the buttons on the remote,there not being instructions on its use ,in the box provided?? thanks.
