The offer is aimed at new subscribers. Current or previous subscribers may not be able to redeem this offer. You may redeem one offer, regardless of the number of devices that you purchase, or when. Once you have the subscription, it is available on any of your devices with the Apple TV app, when signed in with the same Apple ID account.
The offer is for the first user of the device, regardless of who bought it.
