I need help with the security questions

I forgot the answers to my security questions, but the devices are not giving me the options of choosing the alternative way of sending the 2A code, but only a notification saying:

"Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."


What should I do to resolve this?
