I have a payment card that is good and I have plenty of money in my account but Apple is declining my card. What do I do?

I have a payment card that is good and no other issues with it but Apple is declining my card for some reason even though I have plenty of funds for what is trying to be purchased. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't believe Apple declines anything. The card issuer would be the one to decline.

I would start by contacting them.
