I just started getting a Privacy warning saying that my network is blocking encrypted DNS Traffic?? What does this mean?

DNS is the way devices on the internet change people readable website addresses to IP addresses.
Encrypted DNS uses from device to DNS server encrypted packets so your ISP and anyone else can't track what website you are going to.
Your ISP or the network you are connected to isn't allowing this, most likely to capture the data and sell it to advertisers.
Apple has introduced security warnings for network connections in recent iOS versions.
If it's your home network connection, there is nothing you can do.
Your ISP is not supporting encrypted DNS.

I restarted my phone and the message went away for now. I just don’t know how this started or why and how to fix it if it comes up again.
