I need to get this Apple Watch disconnected from my phone to hook up my other watch but don’t have the old one with my to erase it from my phone.
Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
