If you're on a Mac and have the latest MacOS installed (Monterey), with the standalone Apple TV app in the dock, then you need to go to the Apple TV application, navigate to "Account" in the Menu bar, and click on "View My Account". Afterwhich you will be prompted to Sign in.

From there, you can figure it out on your own, basically, and cancel your subscription.

If you're on iOS, then go to the App Store, click on your Memoji in the top right hand corner, navigate to subscriptions, and from there you are able to cancel your subscription.
