get audio files out of email
I can't get some audio files sent to me in emails. I can play them in the emails but "save attachments" does not save them. It HAS worked before. (I just restarted - no difference)

We simply have no idea of the version of Mac OS installed on the computer unless you tell us.
Also, have you tried right clicking the sound files and looking for an option to save the file??
