Hi, have a MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) with OS X El Capitan ver 10.11.6 (15G22010) and would like to upgrade the OS to use Office 365 apps. when searching for upgrades it mentions that "none are available". Is this possible or what am I missing?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Catalina or Big Sur. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list or when searching the Mac App Store.
