!!! Can’t reach support from Mexico !!!
I have a canadian phone, have roaming on, and cannot contact Apple Support (or anyone else) using toll-free numbers which is hair-pulling. My cell is full. I thought I followed the instructions to upload photos to ICloud which is not where I want them but it will do for now. Then it said select the albums and delete - thank God I couldnt do it all at once as I discovered they are now all gone from my Google cloud albums - I’m a contractor, no way!!!! The phone is STILL FULL and it looks like iCloud has only 1% of storage used, which makes no sense. SOS I need someone to walk me through this on the phone!!!
