I recently subscribed to an app that costs $19.99 for a month. Well, I went to check my bank account and I was charged twice for the subscription and I’m not sure why. But I would like to get that fixed please

If they're for the same month's service, use the 'Report a Problem' link in the email receipt, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Otherwise, it's working properly.
