Last week my M1 Mac mini with 10GbE died. Send for warranty repair. They replaced logic board. Now I got back It with 1GbE.. bad luck. :)
See no options for 10G :(

We are not Apple (fellow users) and you need to communicate with the Apple entity that submitted your mini for warranty repair. Nothing we can do about this here.
Look at what it says under "Hardware" and "Ethernet", not network.
The "Network" category and "Ethernet" in System Preferences will only tell you the available physical network connection options, i.e. 10GbE won't be shown in these reports/options if only 100baseT or 1000BaseT are available on the connected network.
hank you. That just confirmed that I did received the wrong model. or they accidentally send me 1GBE. But I never expected this :(
