I noticed that the screen of my IPhone 13 Pro Max turns to a green tint (at low brightness) when the temperature outside is low and the telephone is not used; at home, with normal temperature, the screen returns completely normal.
Any other feedback? I read a similar post on Reddit

So I guess if the temperature is below freezing, it's not within the specified parameters although I'm sure there are manufacturing variations where some do better than others in cold temperatures.
I am having same issue with my iphone 13 pro, i went to the apple store they replaced the screen, but it didn’t work. Then they replace my iphone. Weird thing is that i am still having the problem in my new iphone. But the girl at the store told me that if you’ll still have the problem there might be something wrong with your iphone backup :(
I think that it is a "normal" characteristic of Iphone oled displays...but if you live near an Apple Store you can ask and let us know the reply
It is definitely not “normal” because I’ve compared to an iPhone 13 Pro and there is not even the slighest green tint on that display, just perfect grays. I will try to go to an Apple store once when I have time.
I have the same problem on my 13 Pro Max. I booked an Apple Store appointment and they said they had never heard of the issue before and completely replaced my phone, however i still have the same geen tint on the new one :/
Sure. However, Apple has multiple suppliers, and as I noted before there can be manufacturing variations.
If its operating normally within the specified operating temperature, there may be no recourse for claiming that it’s malfunctioning when it only happens when it’s outside the operating parameters.

I think that a thing like this is not a defect of some units but a “characteristic” common, more or less, to several Iphone 13…infact, in normal conditions, my screen is quite perfect
On my 13 pro max this problem there is always .
Both at low and high temperatures.
Anyway, for me, in general, it's not a software problem but a hardware.

But have you tested the other Iphone 13 Pro in low temperature conditions? It is sufficient to leave the iPhone some minutes in a fridge😄
If there is always at the same level we are speaking of another problem; unfortunately there a lot of Iphone 13 and 12 with green, red or violet display. I was talking of onother problem only at low temperatures
I actually never put them in the fridge. Just leaving it for some time in a “cold” room such that the phone feels cold to the touch is sufficient for the screen to have a green tint. I am going to try once by putting it in the fridge but I guess it will be even worse then.
Yes the fridge is just to speed up the process…sincerely speaking I don’t know how is possible that some screens are sensible to low temperatures and some others no…I think that this “feature” is more or less present on all oled iPhones…A different thing is if the green tint is always present, in this case is clearly a defected unit
My current 13 Pro Max also has this green tint in greys, even at normal temperatures. So also always at any temperature. Had to return another one because of strong yellow tint and bad homogeneity. But that one didn't have that green tint. Quality Control seems to be quite bad this year.
