Failure notice - user is over quota - what is this?
I received a "Failure Notice" from mailer-daemon@mail1.prosites.com - with the information that my messages could not be delivered because 'user is over quota' - what is this?

That usually means that you sent email to somebody at that domain (or maybe to somebody forwarding to that domain) and the delivery failed because the recipient exceeded their allotment of storage. It’s also possible that your email address was used as the return address for spam, and this is some incidental backscatter from that spam. If you’re not trying to contact somebody using that server, you can ignore the message.
Maybe there is a limit on your prosites.com server that you have exceeded.
If you don't use prosites, maybe it is a phishing attempt.

It's a phishing scam. If you didn't enter your name and password, then you should be fine.

Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, whatever, if you’re not likely receiving an email “bounce” from some email you just sent, delete it, and move on.

will i be able to send email from that account ?

Then I have no idea what is concerning you other than selling your life to teh Goolag.
As long as you didn't click on a link and enter your email username and password, you can just delete the email.
If you did, you need to log into your actual email provider's website and change your password before they do.
Thank you. I did click on the link but did not enter my email and password !
