Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Update

I did an update and now all my contacts, names etc are gone) but the numbers still there. The same with messages, no names, just numbers ). When I did it, it said my contacts were going to the cloud well now they are off my phone.

Open Settings âž” Apple ID (Your Name at Top) âž” iCloud âž” Contacts: Ensure that this is set to ON. If it is already set to ON, then you toggle it to OFF and then back to ON again. See whether that gets the iCloud synching process going so that you can recover your contacts from iCloud.
