You can covert your data from Quicken 2007 -- see the following from Quicken support: https://www.quicken.com/support/converting-your-data-quicken-mac

First, make a new backup of your Quicken 2007 data file. Don't rely just on Quicken automatic backups. You should have a reserve copy in the (hopefully unlikely) event that your original data file gets corrupted or wiped while upgrading.

After you update your system (macOS), install the latest version of Quicken for Mac then follow the instructions for upgrading your data file -> https://www.quicken.com/support/converting-your-data-quicken-mac
