Apple Watch calories

I turned 13 yesterday and I heard that it will switch to calories instead of move minutes so what do I do.

Turn off under 13 mode.

As far as I know, you don't have to do anything if your birth date is entered correctly. It should with automatically (within a reasonable amount of time (It may wait until the end of the month). Just make sure your personal information is correct:
