Mail Authentication Failure - Microsoft/outlook.com

Does anyone else experienced this? Authenticated successfully but iOS not recognizing the authentication and asks to re-enter Microsoft password over and over again? I may have to delete account and add again just to get iOS recognize authentication successful.
