How do I add a Greenlight debit card to my daughters Apple wallet? She is 12 1/2 years old yet it says I cannot add it because she’s not 13. Any way around this?

No. You cannot add a card until the account is officially 13.
You can however add Apple Cash: link-> Set up and use Apple Cash Family - Apple Support
