itune refund Issue

Recently some amount of money was deducted from my iTunes account on my credit card. I've requested a refund from Apple. In my Check Status of Claims, I can see it's showing refunded but I didn't receive the money-back to my card. Could anyone can help with this? How to contact Apple iTunes support regarding this?

Once Apple completes the refund it may take your bank or credit card issuer a few business days to process and apply it.
