2. As mentioned on step 6: "On your Android device, select the content that you want to transfer and tap Continue."

It is Unknown:

It will take quite some time, if you have lots of spaces taken up by these eMails. So, give it a few. The time remaining is just a guestimation, on Apple's part. It may highly decrease as time proceeds.
