Can anyone go in and view stuff on my iCloud or is it all encrypted

Can anyone go and change stuff on my cell phone or is everything encrypted and can they unencrypt it

Always use a passcode in iPhone Set a passcode on iPhone - Apple Support

Use Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Don't reveal Apple ID account credentials to anyone .
