Iphone is disabled connect to itunes

If your disabled iPhone is running 15.2, you may have the option to erase the device from the Lock Screen.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
