Stolen laptop

My Apple Mac has been stolen. How do I ‘unlink’ my laptop (stolen) from my iPad and iPhone (not stolen). Eg, to stop sharing info, photos, emails etc, which i have on my iPhone and iPad (which are in use), with my laptop (which has been stolen) ?
