how to turn the passcode off of my apple watch 7

I just received my Apple Watch Series 7 & I put in a passcode. It's a pain to unlock all of the time & I would like to remove it. I went into settings & the "turn off passcode" is grayed out so I cannot select it. I dont want to reset everything back to the beginning. Does anyone know how to turn off the passcode? I also tried from my phone & it is also grayed out. Any suggestions???? help!!!!

Is this a corporate phone?;

If the Turn Passcode Off button is greyed out, passcode restrictions are likely enforced on the iPhone (via a corporate configuration profile, mobile device management or Exchange policy). Where passcode restrictions are set on a managed iPhone, they also affect Apple Watch.
