Has the estimated delivery date passed? If not, then just be patient. Apple is usually extremely accurate with their delivery estimates. If the delivery date has passed, you should call Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) or contact them using the chat feature in the Apple Support app.
